3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Maki & Co Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
4. Liability
Maki & Co Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of delivered websites or services beyond the scope of the agreed project.
